Women wear many hats. From working to raising families to loving neighbors to hosting friends to serving the community. The list goes on. The first part of this collection is to celebrate all the women in our lives who do so much for us, an especially easy moment to stop and consider with Mother’s Day just around the corner.
But in decades past, women actually wore hats. Everywhere. These hats were personality markers–you could tell a lot about someone by a hat they wore.
So the second part of this collection considers hats as personality markers, bold statements about what you love—broad rims, bold colors, modern shapes, colorful patterns, vintage designs—in the face of a society that would much rather fit in than boldly stand out.
Sure, people lead trends, but more people hop on trends than create them.
Everyone wants to be included. Everyone wants to fit in.
A hat does not fit in. A hat stands out. May more of us be encouraged to boldly be ourselves, even if we stand out.
So whether you love hats or you wear many hats–literally or figuratively, I hope you enjoy this collection, “For the Women Who Wear Many Hats”.

I’m so excited to share this collection, especially bc it’s both fun and intentional.
It joins together my love of fashion, admiration of the women in my life, and desire for all women to feel more confident and beautiful in their own skin, dressed exactly how they want.
All of this, represented by hats.
